All Things Simple was founded in May of 2005 by Tamiko Garner who shares the birthday with the company.

Our mission at All Things Simple is to organize, plan, and execute events by dotting all the i’s and crossing all the t’s with ease, style, and simplicity.  In doing so, we help our clients to focus on the big picture of their event, give them back their time, and provide their guests or attendees with a simple, fun, elegant, and comfortable savoir-fair event.

Tamiko Garner, the lead event planner and founder, has a marketing degree as well as extensive corporate background experience from varied positions such as Event Coordinator, Wedding Coordinator, Direct Mail Supervisor, Email Producer, and Sales Account Executive with companies like Eastman Kodak, Sephora, and other companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Her experience allows her to fully understand the client’s needs with regards to events while seeing the full circle of all the varying details needed to execute the day.

Tamiko has had a love for planning events for a long time.  She understands the value of having an event planner to handle the details so her clients are focused on enjoying their special event, meeting, or wedding. Just call her the stress reliever with a very optimistic viewpoint.

Over the years, she has planned numerous events such as corporate events, meetings, weddings, trade shows, and promotional events.  In planning these events, she has made some lifelong friends and developed quality vendor relationships. 

She made her passion for planning events official in May of 2005 her birthday month where she figured her and All Things Simple can celebrate their birthdays together. 

When she is not planning events, you may see her around the Bay Area enjoying time with her friends at wine tasting events, concerts, dancing, or just chilling by herself enjoying a Lemon Drop martini at Kincaid’s writing in her journal.
